Great communication. I was contacted and informed that the product was delayed, and wouldn't be available until the end of the month. I was asked how I would like to proceed. I could wait for the item or they would cancel and refund my card. I chose to wait, and as it turned out received my order just 10 days later. I appreciate the customer service and will order through Medical Mega in the future.
