I placed an order on the 14th said it had shipped on the 17th I usually have my Oder within 3 days , no one called to let me know there was an error with the shipping label. I finally received it on the 22nd. This is not a product I can run to town to pick up. So I had to pay double the amount with another company to have another order overnighted. I could have made other arrangements to do something different if someone from your company would have just called. I called 2/3 different time and every time I called they told me it was shipped.
