The experience was a very good one. The customer service representative was very pleasant and patient. The product was in stock and available and sent as a gift to the other person's address. I thought though that the shipping would have been waived because the product was over $100 but it wasn't. However I will still refer you. Thanks.

I called and spoke with Lisa today regarding glucose tablets which are showing out of stock. Lisa was very kind and polite. She checked to see if there was any up to date ETA on the tablets and unfortunately there wasn't any available update. Lisa advised me to check every week to see if the product had come in. Thank you for having Lisa as part of your Customer Service team.

This was my first time ordering. I have a number of companies that I order supplies but couldn't find a specific item that was out of stock with my other vendors. The fact that they always seem to have the colostomy Supplies in stock. They never had to back order whatever items that I was looking to order. Also another reason that I've used them for many years is that their low prices on the various colostomy Supplies that I use. I've had to pay out of pocket expenses for Supplies especially when it in between my deliveries. And I be running low on supplies due to leakage problems that happen from time to time.

It took forever to get my order, which was shipped on January 2rd and then took more than two weeks to reach me ... and then it was separated into two orders. After I called to complain that I was tracking the order and it wasn't moving, I was told it was coming from two different warehouses. Very annoying.
