Speedy delivery, product in good shape when received

The pricing on the ostomy products I needed were best around. I also rate their communication with the customer highly as well. When I inquired about when my order would ship, they responded immediately (I believe it was even after hours) via email to tell me they had observed a holiday and that my order would ship immediately. I appreciated the quick response.

I ordered catheters. It is difficult to order my correct size. They had exactly what I needed.The price was reasonable and shipping was prompt.

As of my last 2 recent orders it’s taken over a week to get a reply or any update about my orders. I don’t know what’s going on but I may change who I order from. I used to be so happy but now the shipping is $10 vs $6 and it takes at least 2 weeks to even get your order. So I’m paying more for worse service. I do understand the last time you said you were off a week in April for a holiday. As of 5/9 I’ve emailed 2-3 times asking about my order tracking number and I’ve even called and left messages 😔 I may order one more time but it will be my last if I have this same issue. I’ve been using medical mega since 2013 and have no complaints or problems they are great at shipping out fast even with the normal shipping I get it in 3 days or less ((depending on weekends) or holidays) overall 5stars strong in price and shipping also they do respond quickly if you have any questions or concerns I have obviously over 10yrs such as a holiday discount code not working. :)

I've had a great experience with them every time; the supplies always show up quickly and correctly and the ability to search by product number made finding what I needed so much easier. I had to have emergency surgery that resulted in a colostomy and we needed supplies after I got home because we just hadn't figured things out yet and were going through things faster than we should've been but I found Medical Mega and haven't used anything for my supplies since.
