I needed a new host and was really happy to find this company. I got all the customer support I needed to get started, and they transferred over all my websites. It was a fast transition. Also, their control panel is far superior to cPanel and if I knew that before, I'd have made the switch long ago!

MediaServe and William are amazing! Since I've had my websites with them there has been zero downtime and zero issues that a quick chat with William can't resolve. I love that they are a free speech host and that they have lots of great tools enabled that are developer friendly. If you have a hosting account with one of those conglomerate outfits where you’re just a number and the support people could not care less, and your sites are slow because their servers are so over taxed, then do yourself the biggest favor you could by switching to MediaServe.
