This is really a new way of organising your desktop using just the one app: MediaPlace. All your folders and sub-directories are all contained within MediaPlace, where they can also be edited and manipulated. Video, audio and images can all be corrected, compressed and copied within the app or to outside destinations. Images and other elements from websites can be accessed and copied over to use in your own project. There’s a whole bunch of stuff it can do and in effect does a lot more than is achievable in Mac OS Finder.

I like the unique and efficient idea of being able to store media files in one place and put everything in categories. A really great thing that’s happening is that the developers want you to bring up any issues or contribute ideas it’s fantastic I’ve had the MP only a couple of weeks And they’ve done 2 updates already. I’m hoping it gets to the point where you can store all the files of Final Cut , apple motion , affinity photo and other apps that people use , and they all can see mediaplace and Import and export the files so everything is actually in one place..I also like being able to do some edits and save files to different formats !

I had a problem downloading videos, I reported it and the next day they had an update with the solution.

Works like a charm! Visual database of all my media files. You can perfectly sort data libraries into fonts, family photos, design stacks, business files. Tag and manage files like never before. MP is excellent. It helps me a lot in my daily work.
