I create thousands of Stable Diffusion images and MediaPlace has become part of my routine workflow. I set it up to folder watch my SD creation folder, then auto tag my images. I have also taken advantage of the free media to quickly pull gifts and short video clips for training videos I create. It's SO much easier to find and review my assets with MediaPlace. It has sped up my deliverables and super simplified my workflow.

This app has come a long way in a short…
This app has come a long way in a short amount of time. The developers are putting a lot of effort into making it a fabulous app, and it shows :) I like their approach to using AI as well - credits instead of a subscription means you only pay for what you use rather than a subscription just for the sake of it.

Useful app with AI Image generator
I really appreciate they have made this app so useful by including a ai image generating tool within the app besides the organisational skill of the app to sort out images that have generic names by a keyword so you can find them easier!

So Much More Than When I First Used It
I already wrote something last year, but this is so different now than it was then, I thought I should write something new, so here is a review I've written.
I’ve been using MediaPlace for quite some time, and it has changed considerably, though these changes have always improved it considerably.
One thing that users of the Facebook group will have noticed, is that those behind the software listen to their users, and when suggestions are made, they will add these if it fits into what the software is aiming to do.
The latest incarnation of this is MediaPlace AI, which takes MediaPlace and sticks a rocket up its, well you know.
There are three main areas to this new version and they are Image Generation, Speach Generation and Auto-Tagging. These are three things that users have been requesting for quite some time, especially the auto-tagging.
The Image Generation works very much like other versions of software that use AI to create images, but I have found that there are far fewer mistakes using MediaPlace AI, and this was a person who seemed to have grown an extra arm, but that’s AI for you.
There are a whole load of options when it comes to your image, it’s not just a case of writing in a prompt and hoping for the best. There are a whole bunch of options available when it comes to the style of the image to be produced, ranging from cinematic to fantasy art, Disney Pixar to Pokemon. So it’s a case of writing in your prompt, selecting the style you want and then hoping for the best, and the best is extremely good.
Each image created costs you 1 credit.
Most AI gives you a square image, perfect for sites such as Instagram, but not so good for many other purposes, where you want something wider, such as 16:9. This has you covered there though, as you can then expand the image to how you want it to be.
Play with it, you’ll have great fun.
Expanding the image does cost 4 credits though, which is four times the amount used to create the original image, which does seem quite a lot, though that is probably what they are having to pay for the same thing.
Then we have the speech generation that can be a lot of fun to try out. As usual, you type in the text and select somebody to read it. This is just the same with speech generation, but each character includes an image, which can give you a bit of an idea on how they will speak, although some do sound surprising. You can listen to an example of how they sound, so you are not using any credits for that.
Once you have selected the voice, you just have to hit that Generate Speech button, and within seconds you have your file, available to be saved within MediaPlace AI, or externally, and it will sound great.
You pay for the amount of characters, and there isn’t a minimum of 1 credit.
OK, so now we come to the thing that I’ve really been looking forward to, and that’s auto-tagging.
I have hundreds of thousands of files in various MediaPlace libraries, and the thought of having to go in to tag them all gives me nightmares, so when I first heard talk of there being the possibility of an auto-tagging feature, I was extremely happy.
The important thing to know, is that it does not cost any credits to do auto-tagging, which is especially important for those of us who have far too many images, more than we could ever use, but you never know when you might need that one specific image.
It’s quick, you can get small amounts of files tagged in seconds. It took a bit longer for me to tag the 30,000 background files I was testing this on, and I left that overnight to do. Judging from the speed it was going, I would guess it took 3 to 4 hours, which is much faster than doing it manually.
You can have this running continuously, which is good for those who have a. lot of images being imported automatically into MediaPlace, but if you have it only running when required, it is a simple flick of a switch. When you import your images, you now have the option of auto-tagging at the same time.
There are two options when auto-tagging, and these are SOME and MANY. If you are like me and think that Many is the obvious option, as it will be better when searching, then beware. It does give you many more options, but doing a search may bring up things that don’t really fit in. For example, a bowl of apples will include ORCHARD as a tag, which may not be much help if you are looking for an image of an orchard. Give it a go though, if there are far too many for your requirements, you can just batch remove them.
My original reason for buying MediaPlace was to enable me to easily find images and videos which I had scattered all over my ever-growing collection of hard disks, it did that job, but the way auto-tagging works in MediaPlace AI just makes it so much better, so much easier and so much more convenient.

Media Place is evolving
Media Place has come a long way since its humble beginnings as a simple graphic resource management tool. Throughout its evolution, the platform has incorporated a series of innovative features that have made it an essential tool for design and creation professionals.
In its early days, Media Place primarily focused on organizing and storing multimedia files. It allowed users to easily catalog, search, and share images, videos, and audio. While this basic function remains valuable, Media Place has expanded its scope to offer a more comprehensive range of tools that streamline the design and creation process.
One of the most significant additions has been the integration of AI tools. These tools empower users to perform tasks such as image generation, text editing, and music creation, all within the Media Place interface. This eliminates the need to utilize multiple tools and software, saving time and enhancing efficiency.
In addition to AI tools, Media Place also offers an extensive library of resources, including images, vectors, icons, and templates. This library is constantly updated with fresh content, ensuring that users always have access to the latest information and resources.
Media Place has evolved from a mere graphic resource management tool into a comprehensive platform for design and creation. With its array of AI tools, vast resource library, and collaboration features, Media Place empowers design and creation professionals to bring their projects to life.

I'm not affiliated I'm only a customer
As a content creator with a vast collection of digital assets, I've always relied on basic file management systems like Windows Explorer. However, this method was proving inefficient and time-consuming as my asset library grew. That's when I discovered Media Place, and I must say, it has been a game-changer.
Initially, I was hesitant to switch from the familiar grounds of my PC’s built-in file system. But the unique features of Media Place quickly won me over. Its AI-driven technology not only catalogs and tags all my digital assets automatically but also optimizes them for SEO, which is incredibly beneficial since I use these assets on my website. This not only aids in better organization but also enhances discoverability online.
What I appreciate the most about Media Place is how much time it saves me. Whether it's finding, editing, or enhancing files, the process is now seamless. The array of features is impressive, and honestly, I’m still exploring all the capabilities it offers. Additionally, the customer service provided by Media Place is impeccable. Whenever I've had a query or faced a minor issue, their support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.
It's also comforting to see that the company is committed to growth and innovation, continuously improving the software to meet the evolving needs of users like myself.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a robust digital asset management tool, I highly recommend Media Place. It's not just a tool but a comprehensive solution that has transformed how I manage my digital content, saving me time and enhancing my productivity.
