The idea of the Med Bridge training is…

The idea of the Med Bridge training is a good idea. However, for Me, I don't learn that way. It was nice to see what the program is capable of as a whole . But to apply what I was to learn on training days to my day as a new PC, didn't work for me. . I felt each day of training I wasted the first 1/2 of my day watching videos and trying to understand. Once I got with my trainer the 2nd 1/2 of my day ,she was actually showing me useful things that I could use as a new PC. Only then did I feel up to the job. I didn't get much out of the videos because they went so fast and overwhelming . I'm not sure how I was to keep up with learning what I was being tested on. It was very frustrating. Without my trainer (Crissy) I'm not sure I would have felt capable of learning this very detailed job. I Thank god I had prior experience and could muddle my way threw once I was actually working. I was told to be honest. I love working at IVY rehab thanks to the co-workers I have been blessed with .
