I attempted to order sme battery…
I attempted to order sme battery terminals. I put them in my cart, entered all the necessary credit card info and clicked submit. The page went blank. I tried again but the page went blank. Called customer service and left a message twice. I got no response.

Ordered a steering column shroud
Ordered a steering column shroud, website said it was an EXACT fit for my 2003 Avalanche 1500. Get the part, go to install it and its not even close to the same as the original, the hole for hazard button was completely wrong and the hole for the turn signal lever also completely wrong. They were SMALLER then the original shrouding. I had to cut and modify the new one just to fit. Never buying parts from here again, the website lies about correct fitment and the parts arent even same specs or size as OE. Super disappointing.

Bought a part from Mechanic Surplus
Bought a part from Mechanic Surplus, received no shipping information, had to contact them multiple times regarding the shipment. When it showed up it had been shipped to me from Amazon!!! They charged me $18 shipping and a rush shipping charge and simply ordered the part off of Amazon and had it shipped to me! I had looked at this exact part and could have gotten this part for less, not paid shipping, not paid an expedited charge and gotten it faster if I had wanted a part from China. On top of that this part got bad reviews as it is not the size it is advertised as which negates the upgrade to my vehicle I was looking for! I will never do business with them again, scam all the way.
