Good communications. The issue is they use some 3rd tier shipper. I paid extra for expedited processing. They pulled the order right away but it has taken the shipper 5 days to move my order just 100 miles with no clear idea when it will be delivered. It could have been dropped in a USPS envelope and I would have had it next day. Chicago to Cincinnati.
