Customer's lift shipped in 2 days. DATS Trucking only goes to his city (remote is what they called it) on Thursdays lift will be delivered on May 23rd. I asked Mitzi @ DATS Trucking why they had not called the customer to schedule his appointment yet, she did say they usually call the same day. I reminded her all of our orders require a 24 hour notice. Send the customer the information and the phone #s to DATS Trucking. I am not sure this review if for Mechanic Outlet, it seems to be more toward the freight company.

The lift manufacturer sent the two lifts to Mechanic Outlet by mistake. Since this review they did get the lift to him by the time he required. We would take responsibility for this if it were our mistake. We do apologize for the mishap!

We apologize for the things that do happen during shipping such as scratches, and for the fitting that was leaking. Triumph is sending touch up paint and the fitting out tomorrow FexEx Tracking # will be emailed to you. We can assure you that if LiftPro had of had a fitting for your lift they would have fixed it free of charge. Sometimes things don't go perfectly most of the time it is not under our control. Most of our trouble come from the way the freight companies handle the Lifts etc. Again we have the paint and your fitting on the way. ** The Lift Install company called this customer and offered to go back out to his shop to replace the faulty fitting when he gets the part in a few days the customer refused the help and their offer.

Jonathan, Was the service to get your lift up to par afterwards quick and did we get your issue taken care of quickly after you received your lift through the manufacturer?
