Measure Up used to be the gold standard when preparing for Microsoft tests. I'm still in the process of evaluting the quality of their training tests. I would like to express my deepest disappointment with their support team. They can't even answer a simple question, like how much will I be charged if I choose to autorenew my subscription.

I recently used this company's services for test preparation and had a disappointing experience. After failing their tests despite extensive preparation and high scores on their practice exams, I reached out to request a refund. Their refund policy is absolutely unreasonable, as they refuse to consider the outcome or the test quality. The tests they provide are not aligned with the real exam, and it’s clear that their practice materials are misleading. The lack of a refund option essentially forces customers to either waste their money or risk another failure, which no one would reasonably do. It feels like they care more about profits than genuinely helping users succeed. If you’re considering using this service, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. A company with such a rigid and ridiculous refund policy shows little regard for customer satisfaction or success. Save your time and money and invest in a provider that stands behind the quality of their materials.

Practice exam az-104 only helped me pass right at the passing score. Actual exam is extremely difficult.

Measureup definitely helped me pass my test. MS Learn was very basic questions, and Measureup gave a much closer experience to the exam. There were a few topics not mentioned in either pre-test scenarios, but at least the format helped. This definitely helped me pass my test! Maybe I did not notice, but it would be nice to also provide a "checklist" of things to remember when taking the actual cert tests, like "Don't forget you have access to MS Learn during the test" or "Pay close attention to the question #s, the format sometimes misleads you to think you are done by popping up a summary before you are really done." Either way, a great help and with Black Friday pricing was awesome.

The AZ-800 Practice Test materials are outdated and unreliable. Despite scoring 94% and 92% on their simulation tests, I failed the actual exam. It was incredibly frustrating to sit for the exam, only to realize within a few questions that the preparation material hadn’t adequately prepared me—resulting in the loss of the $165 exam fee. While they offer a "cert pass guarantee", it’s far from reassuring. The refund only covers the cost of their product, and only if you fail the exam twice. This effectively doubles your potential loss to $330 if you rely solely on their materials and fail again. Having taken numerous Microsoft certification exams throughout my IT career, this was by far my worst experience. I strongly caution others against using this product unless they update their content to align with the actual exam objectives.

There is a much larger number and wider variety of questions than in many other workbooks on the market. The explanations for each answer are provided in a well-detailed manner.
