Dear Dave, We do not understand why our practice test is not working on the two portable devices you mentioned. In principle, it only requires an internet connection to function. We would appreciate it if you could contact our technical support team ([email protected]) to provide us with more details.

Dear Tom, Thank you for your review. We do not offer a month-to-month plan. What we have are annual subscription plans that can be paid either in a single installment or in twelve installments (one per month) over the duration of the subscription. This information is indicated in several places (in the title and subtitle of the product landing page, in the product description, in the FAQs, etc.). We will try to improve its visibility as it is not our intention for our customers to be dissatisfied with their purchases.

Thank you very much, Pietman, for your review. One of MeasureUp's primary objectives is to keep its practice tests up to date. The SC-400 exam was updated by Microsoft on August 22, 2023, and our last review of this test took place in March 2024. We will review what you have indicated about the default retention period for Audit and will forward it to our experts to modify the affected question if necessary.

Dear Mita, We regret that our practice test did not meet your expectations. All our products undergo a rigorous process: - The questions and explanations are created by a subject matter expert (including several external links if you need additional information). - These questions are then reviewed by our editorial team, who ensure they are presented in a manner similar to what you will encounter in the exam, so that preparation covers both content and question format. - Once edited, the questions are reviewed again by a technical reviewer. Only after the question has passed through these three filters and has been corrected (if necessary) is it considered suitable and included in our practice tests. We apologize if, despite this process, our practice test did not meet your expectations.
