Great meals great taste

Delivery was quick, food was good and it’s awesome that it has lots of variety of meals to chose from. I would recommend everyone try the Mediterranean quinoa chicken.

Food is great! Makes eating healthy so much easier. Customer service is great, too! Any issues, questions, or changes I need to make get resolved immediately! Highly recommend Meals of Steel!

Meals of steel is the best meal prep service in SoCal without a doubt! Thanks to meals of steel I have been able to reach desired fitness goals and shred off 17lbs! Best meal options and consistent quality. I highly recommend to anybody in Southern California

I LOVE Meals of Steel! I am a busy person and don’t always have a chance to meal prep. Meals of Steel helps me stay on track with my fitness goals. I love their lean package and paleo. Quality of food is top notch!

Mike and his team have provided not only me but the member's at our gym (BAMFIT Athletics) nothing but quality food and quality service for over a year now. I've personally tried other meal prep services but none compare to these guys when it comes to price, food quality, customer service, and meal variety. They even send us a reminder text to order our food before the cut off date each week, that alone has helped keep us in check every time. Looking to big big? They gotchu. Looking to get lean? They gotchu. Looking to just maintain your body weight but eat healthier? These guys gotchu! I spend LESS money buying meals from them than I do buying drive thru food daily. I promise you you'll be satisfied.

Good food, they are transparent in the ingredients used, the caloric content, and the macros so I know exactly how much I am eating to stay on track with my calories in. The delivery cars also have refrigerators which makes me feel better with the heatwave going on right now

Food is great and so is customer service. I was out of town and needed to change my delivery location so the food wouldn't spoil sitting on my front porch. I sent a few text messages and they responded immediately and accommodated my request. Highly recommended.
