Awesome meals

I have been not getting enough calories and my personal trainer recommended this food service. Not only is it absolutely delicious but as a really busy teacher, I finally have time to eat quick and healthy lunches. I even got my fiancé to eat these meals with me. We love them and they give us more time together <3 Thank you! We are switching to getting all of our weekday lunches and dinners with this service <3

I found out about Meals of Steel through Direct Action Fitness and I’m so glad that I ordered. The food was tasty and what I really liked was that they put the macros on each food container and they deliver! If you have no time to meal prep and want something good and healthy I highly recommend!

Meals have good flavor. Appreciate the macros on each label - I know what I’m eating. Everything seemed fresh, too. Definitely would recommend.
