Saving money is always great more people should be aware of this

MDSAVE itself was easy to use and offered us a very affordable option on my son's care. The only issue I had was on the back end of services with the providers billing. The radiologist provider's service was clearly listed on my voucher but I've had to fight with them to accept that the service was prepaid for.

Helps cost when uninsured.

Offered reasonably priced vouchers for the services I needed. Not clear at first which of the exact options covered what I needed, but a customer service call provided the answers I needed. No problem with the provider accepting the vouchers as payment on the date of service.

The UH/TMC Team was fast, efficient, and friendly. The scheduling process as easy and everyone had sound of positivity in their voice. Had some waiting but CT went faster..

Would have preferred not to need to register at the facility. All the information was there.
