It was not easy trying to pay using my Care Credit card. Had to call and pay by phone. The hospital still sent me a bill for my mammogram.

I am investigating this with the site.

I found it took several phone calls to see if I qualified. I was told I did and had the test done. I then received an estimate letter on hospital stationary(Commonwealth Health, Wilkes Barre General Hospital) but with a different return address (Shared Services Center, Sarasota, FL) on the envelope. After several calls to the hospital(who knew nothing about the letter) I called the company on the envelope. I talked to a very nice lady who gave me another number to call in another state. When I called that number there was a message on the phone that the lady was out of her office and to leave my number and she would call. I have yet to hear anything. For the time I am ignoring the estimate or bill whatever it was until I hear more. I found it all very confusing and stressful.

Everything went as planned until I got to the doctor's office and they "never received the test results". Had the test done a second time in the office, paying full price. Not sure if MDsave, the hospital that done the original test or my arrogant doctor is to blame but I ended up paying twice. John

Hi John, we are working to get more information about this issue and will follow up with you directly very soon. - MDsave Team. The site replied that results were sent to the ordering physician the very next day after the procedure was performed.

MDsave has it’s good points and bad. One being that I love how we can access our health records and information, but on the other hand, I like the old fashioned way of a doctor calling and reporting the results face to face or over phone all. I have called my office about my results because I didn’t quite understand a result that had come up, along with other things, and it’s taken awhile for anybody to get back to me. I know it’s a busy office, I’m a patient person with God, just my thoughts. Thank you for allowing me the chance to make a review and for all of f what Doctors, nurses, etc do to make this stuff happen. God Bless. Tasha Spencer
