I was told that neither Medicare nor my secondary insurance would cover the cost of my coronary calcium scan, but if I paid $162.00 using MDSave, I would not owe anything else. I paid the $162.00 and received an additional bill for $85.27 from Beaufort Memorial Hospital for this test.

The process of using MDSave was easy. However, the provider that I was sent to would not provide me with the radiology reports and did not send them to my doctor when asked. This created unnecessary stress, especially since I require more testing. I will not use MDSave again

We are currently addressing this issue with the facility. The facility responded that the exam reports were sent to the provider who ordered the exams for the patient. The patient should receive results from her provider. Sonographers are not allowed to provide reports or results of the exam(s).

I was told by representative over phone when I applied for card it would be a master card what I received was not what I was told I impressed with this company and will not refer to friends or family
