I paid $410 to see a hand surgeon for a 1st Time Visit. He only came in the room for 2 minutes to send me to get extra testing thats going to cost another $500 so I can have him read the results for another $300 and then decide if he wants to do the surgery for $1000. They also unexpectedly took a bunch of x-rays i couldve gotten for half the price at a walk-in clinic. Starting to think I should've just signed up for health insurance. This is going to end up costing me the same amount or more than someone with insurance and its taking me months to budget all this on top of my regular monthly bills.

I was told I would not receive bills from the hospital if I purchased this voucher. I did receive bills and I even called the billing dept at the hospital that was supposed to research and resolve this. I still continue to get bills. Need this resolved. If I wasn't having to deal with this, review would be 5 stars.

I paid for contrast but didn't get it. Nobody is replying from the doctor to refund that portion. I was told I have to go through them or I'm basically not getting a refund for it. Complete waste of money. No help from mdsave when I told them of the issues.

I made my payment to MDSAVE and MDSAVE told me the negotiated rate for the Radiologist Fee was going to be $42. I paid MDSAVE $42 and you paid the Radiologist $42. The Radiologist is telling me that their fee is $97 and I owe the balance due. That seems to be a little sneaky and misrepresentation. You advertise a cost of a service, you collect the money for the service in advance, I the consumer am led to believe that I have paid for the service in full in advance, only to find out that you misrepresented the fee structure and I owe more money. This is a deceitful business practice.

Dr billed extra charges to us on top of this. Dr was not equipped to draw blood anywhere but the arm. Dr only had CMA’s working to drawl blood. Dr did not call in pain meds 2.5hrs after procedure. Dr did not explain patient wouldnt be able to drive or lift things or work for over a week afterwards.

Despite paying MDsave $204 for a coronary calcium CT scan at VHC that is supposed to pay in full for this scan, I received an invoice from VHC for $315! What is going on? Please advise VHV that I have already paid for this scan to MDsave. Thanks.

Doesn't work with hospital The service is fine, but the hospital doesn't know how to use the system; resulting in double billing.
