I really appreciate the opportunity to choose to buy vouchers. We are fairly healthy people and did our math: it's cheaper for us to buy the low premium/high deductible insurance plan for our family. Although we have good coverage, we can't beat the voucher price. Even the fact we cannot apply a voucher purchase towards our deductible is not a deterrent. Good job negotiating what can only be an amazing contract rate with the providers! I also want to thank you for ensuring our local providers can accept patients who may otherwise not be able to afford their services, keeping our local people employed in what they paid to be trained to do. I have already told several people about this. It's a shame I had never heard about MDSave before. I'll admit that, again, we don't often need auxiliary medical procedures. It's understandable why the provider's registration clerk didn't mention your vouchers until I said I would have to reschedule the appointment they were scheduled to perform within minutes because I couldn't afford my deductible. They are a business and my deductible was four times the price of your voucher. It would just be nice if more people knew they have options.
