Good experience

I was not expecting to have to pay for a lung scan, but with MD save, it made the scan affordable. The staff offered me the option to use it to help cover the expense of my lung scan. It was easy to do.

Getting the discount was great . I had no idea that Tenova did not take my insurance. Every doctor I have called does . I did not however have a good experience when they were trying to put an IV in my arm . I repeatedly told them due to circumstances from a different hospital some 10 years ago . They kept putting a medication in my arm that shrunk and really messed my veins up . After the 3rd nurse and the 3rd time I repeatedly told them they would have to get a sonogram to get an IV in . This young guy sure did with what felt and looked like fishing wire . There was no need for that , all times trying and the IV in the same arm . I was in the hospital last year and they did not have to use any wire for an IV . My entire left arm is still black and blue after a week and one day . I had the procedure done On a Mon morning and for the rest of the week I told my husband it felt equivalent to a gun shot wound , I know that's a little dramatic but for this to even still be sore is crazy . The first nurse only tried one time , she did my test and she was great . I can't remember her name but as far as Tenova hospital, I'm glad they don't take my insurance now . My specialist does take my insurance and I really like him but I hope he can do surgery at another hospital bc I switched doctors just to get him . If you were just talking about the MD payment then disregaurd the rest of my statement . Thank you

MD Save has saved me hundreds of dollars on bloodwork. I will never go anywhere else to have this done.
