Professional and polite!

MDsave Hospital & Emergency is an excellent facility. The doctors and nurses are extremely pleasant and helpful. They gave me all of the medication I required and also informed me of the next steps. I would recommend MDsave Hospital & Emergency to anyone in need of medical attention or a hospital.

I appreciated the level of detail included in the email communications I received. That helped me know exactly what to do to submit the claim to insurance. My only complaint was that I tried a couple times requesting the itemized bill using the “contact us” feature and I don’t think anyone every got it. I had to use the email address contained in the email. Perhaps if the “contact us” feature is not being monitored it should be shut down. All in all though I appreciate the good and quick customer service once someone did get the request. Would definitely use again.

MDSave Saved me a lot of money

Went for a chest X-ray with no insurance. The experience was pretty good. I didn’t have to wait long and it was very quick after I got back to do the X-ray. The cost was the only downside at $135.00. If I was willing to drive 2 hours one way it would have been $50.00 in Southlake. Feeling bad I didn’t want to go that far.

The information very understandable and it save me many dollars.

It has helped me with some discounts on my lab work and Dr appts.
