After booking a test, I learned the location was different. The hospital scheduling staff was not helpful, but the MDsave support was excellent! They acknowledged the error, guaranteed a refund if necessary, then went further to contact the representative who worked with the hospital to sort out the problem. I received a call back and updated voucher within a few hours. Much appreciated.

Medicare would not pay for the procedure i needed> I started calling places to get prices on paying myself and found MDSave, the price was 4 to 5 times lower than my lowest bids. Finding the location to get the procedure and finding the procedure itself was very easy on the site and printing the voucher was a breeze> The hospital accepted the voucher. The whole thing was really easy and very affordable!
