Ease of use!

Knowing that the last time my MD ordered a single X-ray my insurance passed the $400+ fee on to me since I hadn’t covered my deductible yet. Researching how much the private pay cost was I found the financial transparency documentation on the web for my facility. It had MD Save as an option. I signed up and purchased my two X-ray orders in the imaging centers parking lot. Paid my $288 with my AMEX and walked in. No issues and nothing to sign or take over on the way out.

For a first visit, I think every thing went well. The necessary care/ labs were done effectively. The office staff were amazing. They had to correct my name 2x but that was ok. Good we caught it. Then we got home and was giving up date to my nephews who are doctors and found out that my RACE was indicated as WHITE instead of AFRICAN or Black ( brown). Well, we joked about that. I was seen by Meredith and her service was excellent. Her explanation and teaching was excellent. And went far beyond to get me one med that I needed urgently but was unable to purchase due to its cut throat price. Looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you all so so very much. I appreciate you all. May our good lord continue to bless and guide you all as you continue to help his people. 🙏🏽

Very appreciative that I have an option that is far more economical than using my 80/20 insurance. After paying premiums, meeting high deductible and then out of pocket max, it is simply cheaper to save that money myself and pay outright using MD Save. Thank you for the option. It makes a huge difference for those with limited resources to spend on unexpected injuries.

Being able to afford a critical MRI. We have no insurance. Can't afford it. We are gambling with our health. THIS WAS HUGE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
