This was the first time I used it. It was easy to sign up online. I was wishing the test would be covered by insurance, but it isn't. So, I guess this was the best alternative.

First time user so was a little hard to navigate thru screens. But will be better next time after using it

It was easy to do and the savings is wonderful

My service through MD save saved me $2300 compared to what I would have had to pay through my deductible somewhere else. It was very inexpensive and I greatly appreciate that because I'm on a high deductible health plan. What I didn't like is under Patient Instruction, it told me to call 308-865-7100 to schedule an appointment. When I called that number, they told me I had to call my doctor, and THEY had to send over the orders and schedule the appointment. Please change those instructions to be more clear to the patient. Other than that, I will use MD Save again. Thank you so much for being on Our Side!

Cost savings

Is just confusing and it let me buy a voucher for a service that it wasn't even provided by the hospital I requested for, but other than that it was good I saved a good chunk of money, thank you.

MDSave saved me a lot of money on much needed bloodwork. I would have given 5 stars, but I had some difficulty with actually understanding which items I needed to purchase according to my doctor's lab orders. (I ended up paying for one that I didn't need)

Great if you have health insurance that does NOT cover much
