Ordered around late July and got my order of tableware and candle holders a month ahead of time. Great comms and, on top of everything else, beautiful plates from Bernardaud. Already placing another order

MDMaison made acquiring a limited edition Daum vase as stress-free and easy as possible. The item arrived in its original box with certificate of authenticity in perfect condition, and itself enclosed in a shipping box well-protected against shipping damage. It was delivered internationally by DHL, and we were kept informed of progress along the way. I’m pretty sure they told me when I ordered the item that we would need to reimburse DHL for duty/tariff charges prior to delivery, but note that because DHL advances such payments, they will require such payment before they will deliver the item. The only slight delays were those beyond the control of MDMaison: a slight processing time delay at the first port of call at the customs and DHL hub in Ohio, and then delivery the next morning rather than end of day delivery on the day slated for delivery. Overall an excellent experience that we’d easily recommend to all.
