The process was quick and that is important for a teacher who really can’t sit in a waiting room for any length of time. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable. I never felt like this was a burden or that she just wanted off the call. Thank you.

So much easier to take care of minor medical issues without having to leave your house. I was able to get a diagnosis from the Doctor who then called a prescription in for me.

Thankful to not have to go sit in Urgent Care on a Saturday, getting exposed to a bunch of sick people. I had an appointment in the privacy and convenience of my car. Less expensive co-pay and a great provider. Win win win!

I was anxious to try using this format for healthcare. I was very pleased that I tried this and was impressed with the professionalism of those to which I spoke. My only concern was that I was unable to do the video conference using my ipad. The doctor said there was no audio coming through. Just wish could have had instructions ahead of time telling what would happen if there was a failure with the audio or video. Not feeling well and trying to figure what went wrong was frustrating. I was placed back in line for phone conference and all went well. Greatly appreciate that this format is offered. Will recommend to others, which I have done numerously alread.
