First experience with mdlive. The customer service representative was very good at communicating and guided me through the process. My wait to talk to a doctor was very short about 5 minutes. I received the medication that I required for a severe sickness. It was an excellent experience. Thank you. Michael

Great experience!

I've used MDLive a few times in the last couple of years. Each time was a pleasant experience. I was out of town the first two times I used it, and was so relieved to have this option. The doctors called me within 2 minutes of requesting an appointment. They were each very patient, kind and caring. They were, also, extremely thorough - asking a lot of questions and making sure to nail down the correct diagnosis. They made sure my symptoms weren't severe enough to require an in-person examination. They were able to get a clear picture of my situation and prescribe the proper treatment in a matter of minutes. I even received a note for my employer and was able to pass it on via email from the comfort of my sofa. In the time it would have taken to get to a doctor's office, I had my medication in hand and was on my way home. I exposed far fewer people to my illness. I cannot recommend MDLive enough. If I could give more stars, I would. These doctors are lifesavers. ♡♡♡
