Very professional and quick service
Very professional and quick service. I was very sick and in need of a doctor right away. I told them my symptoms and took a quick pic of my problem area in my throat. The doctor called me to discuss my symptoms and prescribed medication for me. With in 10 mins I had my medication filled and ready for me to pick up. I highly recommend this MD Live and a big “Thank You” to the doctor that helped me. She was very helpful and compassionate.

Called quick, was easy saved me long clinic lines on a weekend. Antibiotic prescribed worked great

Using MDLIVE was quick and easy
Using MDLIVE was quick and easy. My request was responded to within a few minutes and the doctor was helpful. The follow up email was helpful for submitting to work. I will definitely use MDLIVE again when I’m not able to get to my family doctor.

Overall very good experience
Overall very good experience, did have issue where it said I could call in versus doing video on the app. So had to call in. Operator very helpful said I should have done the video not select the phone call option. If can’t do phone call why show that option?
