Convenient, courteous, cost-effective
I suspected I had pinkeye, couldn't see well enough to drive, and was starting to panic. I was able to set up an account and complete triage with the chatbot from my couch. I waited about ten minutes before I was notified that someone was ready for me, and I spent about two minutes video chatting with an incredibly nice doctor. He reassured me that I'd be fine and answered all of my questions - I never felt rushed. He called in a script to my local pharmacy and now I'm good as new. The whole experience took less than a half hour - in fact, it took me longer to call the pharmacy and get my insurance straightened out. I'd use the service again in a heartbeat! My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a "scan card" functionality to the payment step to make the check-in process much easier. When you feel like crap, every little timesaver is appreciated.
