It is so nice to pick up the phone and…
It is so nice to pick up the phone and talk to a doctor without leaving your house. Most of the time, you have a very good idea what is wrong with you. It’s so expensive to go to the ER or even into your own doctor’s office and have them tell you what you already knew. I love the convenience and cost aspect of calling in to a doctor!

Awesome and easy!
Was really awesome and easy! I never left my living room, spoke with a doctor in about 15 min and got a prescription for a rash. They texted me a link so I send a pic and it’s that easy. I wasn’t around other contagious ppl, I wasn’t a risk to other ppl, no waiting time, and no driving. I will definitely be using this again if need be. Thank you MDLive, you took all the stress out of getting help!

Dr was helpful and efficient
Dr was helpful and efficient. We got the medicine we needed and my son felt better the following day. It was way better than going to a dr office and waiting and risking picking up more germs.

The doctor didn't seem to actually…
The doctor didn't seem to actually 'hear' what I was saying. I felt like he just brushed me off as having a cold. After 3 days of not getting any better, I contacted my primary care doctor. I had a sinus infection which had to be treated with an antibiotic. That's what I told the MDlive doctor. He didn't listen.
