The employees were so professional
The employees were so professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The doctors were very compassionate and listened intently. MDlive is the new wave of the future. Surely beats sitting in a waiting room for hours with other sick people. I think every aspect of my experience was excellent.

Saved $ and time and no spreading germs!
This was my first time using MD Live and I have recommended it to now to so many people. My son had the flu and it saved me about $150 pediatrician visit, plus 2 hours of my time to drive there, and back and wait forever. Not to mention we didn’t spread the germs to everyone else in the office and building, and my son who felt miserable could stay in bed in his PJs and still see a Dr. Wish I would have know about it sooner but glad I know about it now!

Great experience
Great experience! Have already recommended to a co-worker. Would use mdlive again in a heartbeat. Only bad part of the experience was this survey part. I completed one within 24 hours of my encounter, and have been bombarded with follow up emails to complete it again. So, now I'm doing another one in hopes that the emails will stop. Even though the email itself says (on each one) I will not get another email about filling out a survey.

MDLIVE should have billed ally health…
MDLIVE should have billed ally health for my call, instead they charged me the $10.00 I have called and left two messages and they have refused to return my calls. Tammy Perkins 619 520-9869
