My appt was handled very quickly from the time I put in the information in to the time when they called it wasn't even 15mins. of wait time. The Dr I spoke with was knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about my well being. I was diagnosed and a prescription was called in and that was in less then 20mins and now I'm all better.

I thought that MDLive was very helpful and useful for those times when I am unable to get to my regular doctor.

Thank you for this service!
The doctor was prompt in calling - less than 15 minute wait. She was courteous, professional, and listened to what my son's symptoms were. We had medication ready at the pharmacy within 20 minutes of the call.

I had the flu so the symptoms and diagnosis were pretty self explanatory. The days I had to miss work went longer than what I thought so I needed to call back and get an extension on my excuse for another day. It was easy to get without any problems.
