Easy and cost is reasonable.
Easy and cost is reasonable. I used due to symptoms that matched cornavirus to avoid exposing anyone. Hearing that being unable to walk, swallow or breathe well with constricted throat for over a week is nothing to worry about as long as fingers and toes are not blue was helpful. I should not have used this service as a way to avoid public contact.

Easy to Utilize, Efficient Care
This was the first time I've utilized the service, and will definitely be doing so again in the future. I could not have asked for a better experience. The Dr. addressed my concerns promptly and efficiently. What a blessing this service is for those who cannot make it in to see their regular physician for one reason or another. Two thumbs up!

Unfortunately the wait was excessive…
Unfortunately the wait was excessive but I'll attribute it to the troubled times we are experiencing, The doctor made me feel at ease and never rushed. This was my first time using MDLIVE and I was very impressed.

Making the appointment was easy
Making the appointment was easy. I never received a text saying the doctor was joining the video call. I waited over an hour in the virtual waiting room when the doctor called me instead of joining the video. Ultimately I had the appointment, they sent over my prescriptions yo yhe pharmacy and with. 2 hours I started treatment for a sinus infection. Its been 6 days now and I feel much better. So all in all a decent experience and grateful to have care.
