The platform was convenient and easy to use. The healthcare provider I wanted didn’t have any open appointments, but MDLive gave me the option to request a time anyway. To my surprise, the provider was able to reach out and offer me an appointment. Great feature! Without it, I wouldn’t have booked what turned out to be a great session.

I have stomach issues and before online doctor visits I may not have felt well enough to seek treatment, I now have a way to speak with a doctor and receive help. This is my second time using MDLIVE and it was quick each time. I even was able to speak with the same doctor, which was great. Very happy with this service!
