Very highly recommend
Although I had to wait several hours for a doctor to contact me (likely due to the COVID-19 situation) I was called robotically periodically to let me know I was still in the queue and would be called when it was my turn. I appreciated that very much. The doctor was very nice and was able to help me with the refills I needed and even sent the RX to the pharmacy of my choice. It was very easy. I am so grateful this service exists because it is needed in today’s world. I highly recommend using MDLIVE.

The wait time to call back and check on…p
The wait time to call back and check on a prescription that was suppose to be called in was horrible. I guess because of everything that’s going on.

Better Option Than A Doctor's Office!!
You really should try this convenient, inexpensive option. NO CO-PAY, no drive to the doctor's office, and NO WAITING ROOM! I have used MDLIVE several times and have never been disappointed. The doctor called in a Rx for me and less than a week later I am about 90 percent improved.

I can’t say enough good things
I can’t say enough good things about the doctor who called me back- in the middle of the night! He was so friendly, very attentive, and ultimately helpful. I hope every MDLive doc is as great as he was. It was a very good experience.

I have used MD live multiple times
I have used MD live multiple times and have always been satisfied with the outcome. The doctors are patient and and considering they're not sitting talking to you face to face they always come up with a good diagnosis and treatment.
