I loved the ease of using MDLIVE and loved not having to go into the dr.office however, the app stated that someone would get back to me within an hour or so. I could not give it 5 stars because it was nearly 8 hours later. I understand that this was the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak but I think they should have had one or two doctors dedicated to everything but COVID-19. When they did call, it was nearly closing time for the pharmacy. Luckily, the pharmacy filled it and I was able to get there before they closed. Had they waited another 15 minutes to call, I would have had to use Urgent Care and that would have defeated the purpose of using MDLIVE.
