The call back was supposed to be 3hrs -- turned out to be 6hrs -- but TOTALLY understand due to what is going on in the world today. The doc was very helpful and got my scrip called in for pick up in a few hours when the pharmacy opened. A very good experience and saved unwanted trip to Urgent Care.

The physician visit portion went well. The verification for my employer was a disaster.

MDLive was very convenient. I was able to get a minor medical issue addressed in less than hour without having to leave work to go to a walk in clinic. The online interface was very user friendly and the doctor was great.

I checked the site through my insurance company. I found it very easy to get all the information about the services and how to proceed. It made it very easy to get a virtual visit to the doctor in the middle of the night. I was worry about not to be able to go to any doctor's office because the covid-19 but I still was needing to check with a doctor. The site gave me options of providers to choose, also time frame. I choose to the available now and I just answered some questions about the my problem, send some pictures and in less than an hour I was contacted by the doctor and made my video call consultation. Next day I was able to get my prescription on my pharmacy and a digital copy of my doctor's indications and everything on my email. I'm absolutely happy and thankful for this option of virtual health care specially in this critical times.

The entire experience was straightforward, professional, and speedy. The online booking was simple and the doctor i spoke with was compassionate. My health complaint was something I had experienced in the past so that made things easier to explain and treat. So thankful for the program!

I call the person that attend very polite and very interested in helping me they told me it was gonna take more time then usual for the doctor. The doctor call me about in 20 minutes and treated me very nice and really help my problem. There really good. I would really recomended them
