My Doctor was great
My Doctor was great. Thanks for your help I did the medicine issued for me but I still feel congested and when I increase the pace of my walking I get short of breath. I may need something else. I really feel like I had the corona virus back in early March it was the sickest I had ever been and used up the allotment of mucus d I could get. Wondering if I should try that or something else. Thanks again for all you do. Sincerely. Keith Downs

Great experience!
The whole experience went off without a hitch. Did not take long from setting it up to end of conversation with DR. She was very kind, decisive and informative. Couldn't of asked for better experience.

Snake Oil Medical Services
To be clear, this is not a review on the doctor, but on the service by MDLive. Extraordinarily long wait times; customer service representatives who do not care about accountability and service; complete lack of willingness to follow through. I've spent over 7 hours on the phone with the pharmacy, MDLive, and insurance provider all due to a Rx written by MDLive doctor requiring a "prior authorization form" to be filled out by the doctor. MDLive REFUSES to have their medical professionals fill out the forms necessary for the Rx to be filled. Instead, they want the patient to go the his/her PCP and have a different doctor fill out the form. If a patient is going to have to see their PCP anyway, why waste the time, money, effort with MDLive. I'd give 0 stars, but it isn't an option.

Occasionally, MDLIVE physicians will refer their patient to seek in-person care from their primary doctor, just to be safe. We are also currently experiencing much longer wait times for calls than usual due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
