It was a great & efficient experience
It was a really great experience. What I had was not a super hard diagnosis, but the Dr. was knowledgeable and handled the issue efficiently. The entire experience was fast — I went from "I should go to the doctor" to being finished in about 30 min. It saved me at several hours, and I was able to see a Dr. almost immediately. My one concern was the lack of any ability to follow up with the doctor. That's the one place I think they need to improve. I'll definitely use this service again for minor issues.

Was kept up to date on the progress of my visit and was pleased with the Dr that I spoke with. Gave me a medication and everything is resolved

Useless/ DO NOT USE
My wife used the app for severe pain on her right side. The "doctor", in less then 5 minutes, diagnosed her with shingles without even listening as she was trying to describe her pain and it's location. Very dismissive. Now we are out $82 (money we absolutely need)for a totally useless "diagnosis" by someone who obviously doesn't give a damn about the person they are supposed to be helping.

Satisfied
The consultant and doctor were very helpful. I called at 8 a m and prescriptions were ready at Walmart by 10 a m. The MDLIVE was quick . I didn't have to leave home and wait in doctor office.
