I had an excellent experience with MDLIVE. The doctor was informative and did not let me off the video until I had no more concerns. This was a great way to stay in the house and at the same time not worsen my condition to where I need to go to the walk in clinic or emergency room in the time of COVID.

The consultation with the physician was complete and resulted in the treatment I needed. My only issue was the screener who answered my call had a very spotting connection, with her voice going in and out.

Got a quick call from the doctor. I liked how I could send a picture for him to review. I needed to know if I needed immediate attention. He reassured me that it was nothing serious and I could wait to be seen.

I ended up calling MDLIVE late on a Thursday night because of a UTI. I was almost immediately connected to a Dr, who, after asking a series of questions, prescribed me an antibiotic, which was sent to my local pharmacy. I definitely will use MDLIVE again.

I truly enjoyed the teledoc experience for the minor issue I was experiencing. It was all done before I had to report to work, didn't have to leave my house.

The pediatrician I spoke with regarding my sons allergy issues was more than I could’ve asked for! Once she helped with some alternative solutions to manage his allergies, she counseled me on how to manage hid ADD. She informed me that she was unable to prescribe anything, but still offered some medication recommendations as well as some non medicinal interventions. Lastly, she reassured me that our struggles aren’t completely related to his diagnosis. It was just what I needed to hear!
