The app was easy to use. The overall process was easy and smooth. My issue was addressed and resolved literally within an hour. The only gripe I have is with certain fields not displaying the text that was typed in them, making it difficult.

Excellent service! It was so easy to make an appointment and set the laptop for the video chat. I like the fact that summary, recommendations and etc are saved after the appointment. And I got my prescription sent to my preferred pharmacy. I really love this service.
