Very quick & easy

Very professional. My problem was addressed and resolved. It was an extremely convenient and helpful experience.

The personnel had extreme patience with me who was not sure of what she was asking on behalf of her husband's problem that his medicine had run out and we did not know what to do. The doctor was also very patient and was so kind to explain how our problem would be solved. His name was Dr. Patel and he was extremely helpful.

The service and professionalism provided was excellent

Our work doesnt offer insurance so many employees go without. When they offered this I was so happy. I understand they are limited on what they can do virtually but it is almost like that is an excuse to just not do anything at all. Maybe they truly have no leeway at all and these are paid people dressed in lab coats to pretend? I dont know but I have tried to use them for my spouse and myself 5 times. 5 times they charged us and said call a doctor. I am an emt and was a nurse for many years. I'm aware what ailments a group as such could help with and when to go to a real doctor. Every single time. We get call a doctor. In my experience, this is a waste of time and a rip off to my employer who I am planning to tell about today to save money. This is a joke. Of the 5 I had 1 gal who was truly kind. The others were gruff and let you know you were bothering them. I gave them a fair chance. But I truly believe this is a scam at this point as my colleagues have had the exact same experience.

I had a very good experience with telehealth I would.like to continue to use this app regularly I am grateful I had this app thru the coronavirus pandemic I'm glad I can visit my doctor from home Thanks

The doctor asked me basic questions and ordered a prescription. He gave me a 5 day supply. My symptoms have come back since finishing the medicine 11 days ago. I am about to call for a stronger prescription.
