This was the first time I used this service and was nervous. The doctor had already reviewed my information when he called me. He reviewed the information with me for accuracy and asked me questions about what was going on. I was thoroughly pleased. I will definitely use this service again!

I had a minor issue that I didn't want to go to a doctors office for, and risk unnecessary exposure to Covid 19. MDLive doctor's response time was great; she was knowledgeable, helpful and attentive to my concerns. I chose a live/video conversation with the doctor instead of a phone call and the consult felt like I was physically at the doctor's office.

Needed a prescription as my primary care provider was leaving the area. After inputting my history I didn’t wait at all for a doctor. The Appt was only about a minute.

Excellent! So easy to use and I got a call within 15 minutes. The doctor really cared about a problem I had (that wasn’t life or death); that meant a lot to me. He sent in the Rx immediately. Highly recommend!

My initial appointment was great and I gave it five stars. However, I needed to reach out to the provider about the strength of the prescription he gave me. It's a cream that comes in various strengths. Yesterday, I tried to send a message on my laptop, ipad and phone and I kept getting the same error message. Last night, I received a message from customer service telling me that the option to message my provider is no longer available. Then remove it from your website!!! Or at least have the error message say "option no longer available,, call ####.

I received an antibiotic and it hasn't been working and I am almost finished with it.
