The doctor was nice and understanding
The doctor was nice and understanding. He was also knowledgeable. I will definitely use the service again. I gave 4 stars because there was a lag in the sound. I did a videoconference. It was also a bit difficult to click in the link and know it was working when it was time to “meet” with the doctor. But the time with the doctor went great.

I felt like the doctor was short and…
I felt like the doctor was short and did not want to listen to our history with the issue we visited for. We have had this situation happen in the past and we needed more oral antibiotics than just a topical cream.

User friendly
Fast, easy to use, & cheaper then going to the office. I however didn't use the video chat. But it's nice that option is available.
