The wait time was almost nonexistent which was great! The dr we talked to was also very informative. The best part was that we didn’t have to leave the house. Only way to make it better would be to include the OTC medicine and dosage that we discussed in the visit summary that is sent afterwards. I always second guess myself and i like to be able to look back at the exact wording.

Dr. Mark B. was excellent. (Just remember to tilt your webcam so you aren't "Dr. Forehead.") Pretty fast service, good personality and he prescribed medication to get around all my allergies. Good Session.

It was ok. I just don’t see how a doctor can diagnose something like what I had over the phone. He just said I had pharyngitis (sore/red throat). That was on Monday. I went to my nurse practitioner on Thursday and found out I have mono.

Things were handled well and professionally. One caveat..the doctor does not need to say "Just answer the questions yes or no" and then proceed to ask questions that can't be answered like that. It's not as if I had been rambling on and on, telling my whole life story!

This was my first time using anything like MDLIVE. I cannot believe how seamless the whole process was. I cannot speak enough on how awesome the provider was. She made me feel so comfortable and honestly, I felt in control of my own health with her guidance. I’m just thrilled with my experience and I’ve worked in healthcare so trust me when I say MDLIVE is the way to go. More people should be made aware of this.

Fantastic Experience! The process was simple, the response from the doctor was fast and so pleasant. The bonus was we didn't have to leave the house which saved two hours of our day (typical doc appointment when all factors are taken into account). We will definitely use MDLIVE again! :)
