I had a UTI, and did not want to have to make an appointment with with doctor for who knows how far off, or go to Urgent Care. Instead, I used MDLIVE, had a quick call, described my symptoms, and had a prescription called in within 30 minutes of starting the process, and at about a quarter of the cost of an Urgent Care visit. This is brilliant. I am all better now, and am so thankful for this technology and service.

The doctor was really helpful. She listened to me and what my symptoms were. I also liked how got a pdf telling me how to handle it and how to avoid getting it again. It was very nice to get more information and I didn't have to wait long for appointment. Less than 5 minutes.

I have used MD Live twice in the last few weeks: Once for a what looked like a large zit that had became infected and another time for my younger son who has a wart on his foot which he has not been able to see a doctor due to the current health crisis. In both cases it was really easy to log on and get a doctor to call back (the entire process including the waiting time for the doctor to call back was about 15 minutes (I also uploaded pictures so the doctor can see the issue). In my case, I was prescribed an antibiotic for the infection and in my sons case he was told to clean and use Neosporin to reduce a small amount of inflammation. I'm glad to say that we are both doing well now. Doing this saved us a trip to the Dr. office and I got to see a doctor in off hours in both cases. Really recommend the use of MD Live for Non Emergency use like the one I encountered. Thank you!

The doctor was very personable and helpful. By following all of the pre-visit questions and requests, the visit went easily and efficiently. I was able to get a refill of medication sent to my pharmacy of choice within five minutes. I would highly recommend completing the questionnaires as completely as possible so that the doctor has all the necessary information and can assist easily. This was by far the best virtual visit that I have had since COVID-19 started!

It was cool but, am I supposed to pay for each visit? I pay monthly already.
