I have had a pleasant experience with MD Live
I have had a pleasant experience with MD Live. The customer service agents and my selected doctor have been professional and are meeting my healthcare needs. Each have been patient and willing to listen and discuss concerns or options. I have never used this type of service before but I am finding it to really support my needs and with accessibility. Thank you. M

3rd rate doctors
For anything other than allergy meds or simple things, this company is terrible. I have access through Cigna and the doctors are usually uninterested, often English is a secondary language and you get about 15 minutes with them. You know you aren't dealing with the A team or even B team.

accessible
outside of a few website issues, I really like the idea of being able to access physicians online. I think this is a really good way to make doctor visits more assessable! This is a good option for people who may not have transportation, especially right now during Covid. The scheduling system could use some work, and maybe offer more physician choices but outside of that it was a good experience

Great video website
Great video website. Easy setup, personal was very helpful to set up. I used MDLIVE 2xs & each time the doctor was right there. They helped me with an eye issue & it’s fine now due to the doctors help.
