I had a great experience! I signed up and made my first appointment within 1 hour. It was midnight! I was having an allergic reaction to some medicine and I had a rash on arms and legs. I snapped pictures, sent them and spoke to the doctor and a prescription was sent to my pharmacy. No waiting at doctor's offices and no being exposed to those who are sick! What a time saver and excellent service!

I love this service and i have had the best experience with the practitioners. They are very professional and exceptionally competent.

I had poison Ivy, and was waiting to call my doctor on Monday. I called on Monday had to leave a message, I was advised that it could be a 48 hour wait. I called MDLIVE, the lady on the phone was very helpful and courteous. I did not have to wait long for the doctor to call back and she was very nice. She prescribed medication and told me to use cold compresses, and to wash my clothes and bedding to prevent spreading. She said she hopes that I feel better soon. I was feeling better in a couple of days thanks to MDLIVE.
