I had never used Tele medicine before. I knew I had a UTI; saw it was one of the choices for TeleMD. The way doctor's visits are currently w/ COVID-19 concerns, I really didn't want to hassle an actual visit. This turned out to be perfect. Quick & convenient (9:30 pm on a Sunday); doctor listened & asked appropriate questions. Definitely will use TeleMD again.

I managed to chemically burn all of my fingertips with wet concrete sitting inside my gloves. I was in a bit of a panic when I read up on the symptoms and that they sometimes actually end up needing skin grafts or amputation! I remembered that we had access to MD Live through my work and decided to give it a try. I got a video appointment the same day with Dr. Susan Payberah, and I'm very glad I chose her. She was able to view my burns from my laptop, determine the proper course of action, and get the right medications prescribed through my local pharmacy. Here I am 1 week later and these deep burns are about 75% healed, thanks to this program and Dr. Payberah. I can now literally count on all fingers how truly grateful I am!
